We’ve made some menu additions and deletions. Some of the food specials—the almost now famous, brisket melt, for example—have become permanent fixtures on the new menu, while a few underperforming options have been cut from the team. Yet we’ve maintained and will continue to expand our Gluten Free options. We will also continue to do the best we can with the resources we have, and we always welcome your suggestions. And if you know of a PA produced hard cider, beer, wine or mead that you want to see at GI, let us know. If it’s getable, we’ll do our best to, well, get it. (If you are the PA LCB, don’t read this part—but if we can’t get it delivered, we will pick it up. This is a violation of law, of course, and we don’t play that game. But we could, maybe.)
